Products prepared in line with the wishes or personal needs of the consumer and Services (assembly, etc.) that are started to be performed with the consent of the consumer before the expiration of the right of withdrawal, do not have the right of withdrawal.
Other products can be returned within 14 days as per the regulation, as long as they comply with the following conditions.
In order for the products to be returned within the right of withdrawal;
- Purchased product in its original box and undamaged ,
- to be with all complement accessories,
- If any, it must be sent at the same time as promosyon and campaign products given as a gift.
